We’re excited that you’re interested in Calvary Baptist Academy! Our admission process is designed to be straightforward and personal. We’re here to help you every step of the way.
Inquire & Tour
We encourage all prospective families to start by visiting our campus. Come see our classes in action and meet our team. You can schedule a tour online (or by phone) at a time that suits you.
Apply
After your tour, if CBA feels like the right fit, the next step is to submit an application. Our application is available here. You will be notified if there is a waiting list.
Interview & Assessment
Once we receive your application, we will schedule a family interview and student assessment. This is a casual meeting where we get to know your family and your child, and ensure we can meet their needs. It’s also a great time for you to ask any remaining questions. For students 7–12, we may also administer a placement test to tailor their learning plan.
After the interview and any assessments, we’ll notify you of acceptance. Upon acceptance, you’ll receive an enrollment packet to secure your spot (this includes submitting immunization records, signing the enrollment agreement, etc.). Our team will guide you through this final paperwork. Congratulations – at this point your child is officially a CBA Conqueror!
Enrollment Fees
Every student can lease a laptop from CBA for $300/yr (limited availability) or bring their own device.
$200 Registration fee for new and returning students.
$350 book and technology fee
